In order for there to be a problem of Chometz SheAvar Alav HaPesach it needs to be Chometz Gamur owned by a jew (http://www.star-k.org/kashrus/kk-passover-purcpesach.htm. Raw barley is not Chometz Gamur (http://www.star-k.org/kashrus/kk-passover-chometzguideafter.htm). Resuraunt Depot is owned by Jetro Holings, which is owned by Grospart AG, I could not determine who owns Grospart AG.

String beans are legumes, and are thus cdienoersd kitniyot, the same for peanuts since they are legumes. The more and more I menu plan the more I realize is okay to have eggs, yogurt, almond butter (with nothing in it. I actually found K for P AB yesterday at Whole Foods!), fruits, veggies, potatoes and sweet potatoes, meats, fish.
