The Mishnah Brurah in the beginning of Orach Chaim says that 'it is better a bit with concentration then a lot without it'! Therefore he says we should say less Piuytim and Tehillima and have more Kavana. Does this apply to things that we are Mechuyav to say Al Piy Din like Halleluka's? Can I miss out some parts of Peskuei Dezimra and have more concentration by Ashrei?
can a person miss out parts of davening based on having more Kavana on the rest of it?
I do not know the Mikor - but that seems to be the Heter for all those who do not say Korbanos
The Mishnah Brurah only says it by Selichos and things like that. Other things that you gotta say it is better to say them fast and finish them, cos at least you wont have a Chiyuv hanging on your head, but if you just say one Halleluka then you still have to say the other three
