I learn in the morning in a shul which does not have an offical Kolel. I sit in the same place every day. Occasionally someone will sit in my seat which I like because of its close proximity to the air-conditioning, do I have the zechus to boot him off?
Is there chazakah on a place in the beis hamedrash when there is no official Kolel? [closed]
thers a bit of a diyun in chezkas habatim between teh rishonim adn it carries on throught the acharonim. it's quite funny really. but seeing as you havent paid for a seat and have no property rights in it. no.

Probably not. Being that there isn't an established seder that you are a member of, you are just a guest.
