How does one enjoy learning to its fullest. How does one avoid the constant guilt feeling that comes from the thought that i'm not doing enough, or that i don't enjoy it . . .or the feeling that i don't "ligg" in the learning?
understanding learning [closed]
The Gemara in Berochos Daf 17a, brings a favorite saying of the Rabbis of Yavneh:
I am God's creature and my fellow is God's creature. My work is in the city (in Torah study) and his work is in the field. I rise early for my work and he rises early for his work. Just as he does not presume to do my work, so I do not presume to do his work.
And perhaps you will say - I do much and he does little? (In other words, I am able to study and learn extensively, while he would only be able to accomplish a little since he is unlearned and would therefore get little or no reward for his learning, so why should he bother to learn at all?)
[Do not say this for] We have learned that both the one who does much and the one who does little are equally rewarded provided that each directs his heart to heaven.

In my opinion the only way to enjoy learning is to make sure to be clear in whatever you learn. This means to have nothing which is hazy. It doesnt make a difference if you have unanswered questions on the Pshat, so long as you know clear what you have Shver. Of course there will always be Sugyos that will remain unclear until you have spent tens of hours on it. The trick is to always be clear on what you know and what you dont. Perhaps I will write a new question where I will explain more tips!
If one actually checks the Halacha one will see that there is no Chiyuv to learn every second. There is only a Chiyuv to learn in the morning and evening but there is no specified amount. In fact, Reb Moshe writes clearly that it is Muttar to chase money and do things purely for leasure provided that the activities themselves are OK. So learn as much as you want to and you will feel better!
