I can't see any reason to permit it. At best an unmarried gentile woman has a rabbinic status of a Niddah.

Men control themselves from Kol Isha when its a jewish lady BECAUSE MOST OF THEM ARE CRAP. As soon as you put on someone decent, i.e. not jewish thats when they forget about the issur and use heterim. Lets face it, Thats the truth!

no issur it only applies to arayos same way tehres no issur negiah by non jewish women. still may have problems of hirhurim and that typwe of thing if its live.

Goyishe Women do not have the Issur Niddah! Goyishe Women are not necessarily Ossur Min Hatorah, it could be a Gezeriah from Beis Dovid. (There is a sugya in Yevomos that handles this!) Perhaps these things contribute to peoples lack of Zehirus!
